Gifted 12M and even after several hot washes, it hasn't shrunk. Being white, you can boil-wash it too, which is a plus. My niece should get nearly a year out of it.

My just-turned-one has a bigger head and the 46CM sits tight, so she won't keep it on long. The stitching and beige tone are lovely, but check head size before ordering.
