I work in Hong Kong and ordered this for my sister's newborn in Bulacan. Surprised it arrived in 3 days, and the photo she sent made the baby's face look even brighter.

46CM perfect for my 1-year-old
My 1-year-old third has a 45.5cm head so I chose 46 and it fits perfectly. The lace flowers aren't tacky, and ivory goes with any outfit. Used it as a prop for her birthday photos and even the studio photographer complimented it.
