When you can request an exchange or refund- The item arrived damaged or defective- A different item, colour or size from your order was delivered- The item is clearly different from the description or the photos- The item or an essential component is missing02. General exchange conditions- Size or style changes and change-of-mind requests are possible, subject to approval and stock availability.- The item must be unused and unwashed, with its tags, labels and packaging intact.- Round-trip shipping for a general exchange is paid by the customer.03. Shipping fees- Once a defect, a wrong delivery or a missing item is confirmed, the seller pays the pickup and re-delivery costs.04. Not eligible for exchange- Items that have been used, washed or altered, or damaged through customer fault- Items with tags, labels or components missing- Change-of-mind exchanges on sale, bundle or hygiene items- However, defective, wrongly delivered or missing items are not covered by these exclusions.05.
