A quick guide for your first order with MEY. Most importantly, include your order number in the bank transfer reference or note.

Before your first order
Complete checkout before transferring payment, and save your order number. Include that number in the Metrobank transfer reference or note; without it, payment verification and dispatch may be delayed. Confirm the payable total and current bank details on the order confirmation page.

Customer-paid regional shipping
Choose the region matching your delivery address at checkout. You pay only the selected fixed fee per order. MEY covers boxes, excess weight and any additional courier charge; there is no later shipping surcharge.

If you are unsure whether J&T designates your destination as an Island area, choose its normal region. Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday after payment verification. Weather, holidays or courier conditions may affect delivery time.
Exchanges and returns
Contact us within 7 days of delivery before sending an item back. Provide your order number, reason and clear product photos. Keep the item unused and unwashed, with its tags, labels, components and packaging.
